Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at customer@fioral.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellation

Learn how to cancel an order with us. We accept cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If you decide to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. However, once the product is shipped out, we are unable to cancel the order.

Returns

Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days after receiving the product. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return request. Avoid returning the item to the warehouse or logistics company, as we cannot accept responsibility for items sent to these locations.

We only charge shipping costs once, and there are no restocking fees for returned products.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email notification regarding your refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount credited to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund, please review your account statement. Bank refund processing times typically range from 7 to 15 working days. For any queries, feel free to reach out to our after-sales team at sale@fioral.com.

Shipping Fee Responsibility

If the return is initiated by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee varies depending on the chosen express company.

However, if the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our error, the consumer is not required to cover the shipping fee.
